How do the classes work?
The classes are primarily on-demand and can be done anytime, anywhere.
Students log in to their course, read/watch/interact with online content, and complete weekly missions. They are also paired with a master teacher who will meet with them live (via web conference) to go over material and discuss the content in greater depth. The teachers guide the students on their learning journey, and make sure that they are having fun!
How much does it cost?
$450 per course.
Are your courses accredited?
Lookstein Virtual Jewish Academy is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Accrediting Commission for Schools as a supplementary Education Program.
Upon completion, you can request a transcript from Lookstein Virtual Jewish Academy, a project of the Lookstein Center for Jewish Education of Bar-Ilan University.
We do not currently provide college credit.
